This is the taste of Fish Fries, Fried Chicken, Country Fried Steak, basically anything breaded and fried in my memory. My dad and I used to watch Harold Ensley every time he was on TV. I remember meeting him at Sports, Boat, & Travel shows for years. I talked the local grocery store, where we moved to when I was in highschool, into stocking it, and they actually thanked me for the great tip! This stuff is fantastic, and I’m really happy you’re still making it. Please never stop!

I wasn’t expecting much but this mix really surprised me. Used it on some chicken thighs and they came out super crispy with great flavor not too salty or heavy. Tried it on squash too and that was a win. Gonna keep this in the pantry for sure.
