REFUNDS:

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. SHIPPING

Thank you for placing an order on our website! Our shipping department is open during business hours, from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. We try to ship order on the same day that they are received, but we are sometimes limited by the availability of products, or the volume of orders.

We do not process nor ship orders during the weekends.

Our website offers various shipping options, through USPS and UPS. You can select the service that you would rather use, except for some products that travel safely only with UPS. We will provide you with a tracking number that you can use on the carrier’s website to keep track of your package.

Each carrier has their own schedule of delivery, and the farther you are located from us and the more time it will take for the package to reach you, anywhere from 1 day to 10 days. We cannot guaranty delivery on any specific day, as it could be affected by the weather, the local traffic, errors from the carriers, and the volume of packages being shipped during the holidays, etc.

Also when calculating shipping time, please remember that the carriers do not count weekend days as transit days.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most items that we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its “product details” page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies that we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We are not charging additional cost to the actual cost of shipping your product with the carrier of your choice.

“BEST BY” DATE

Our food products are marked with a Best By date.

On the bags, you will find a stamped date that indicates the date by which a product should be consumed to have the best taste, appearance, texture, etc.

Most of our products are 100% natural and/or organic and have a Best By date of 12 months after production. This date is an indication, mostly geared towards retail stores who keep our products on a shelf.

We are a small business and we make our products in small batches. As soon as they are made, our products are stored in our cooler, which extends the Best By date to about 1 year after the production day.

Most products in jars have a Best By date of 2 years after production. This date is indicated by a code in small black print usually located on the side of the lid.

In the center of the code are letters, that are an abbreviation of the name of the product, like AB for Apple Butter. To the right of the letters, are 2 digits for the year (19 represents 2019) and 3 digits for the day based on the Julian calendar (078 is the 78th day of the year). You can find the Julian calendar online.

A jar showing AB19078 is Apple Butter that was manufactured on March 19th, 2019 and is best by March 19th, 2021.

If you have any doubt or question regarding the expiration date of any product kindly contact us at info@wareaglemill.com.
