Yield: 10-12 medium size biscuits
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut butter into biscuit mix until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Stir in water until moistened.
Place dough on floured surface and fold over twice. Roll out to 1 inch thick. Cut with floured cutter.
Place 9X11 pan with biscuits touching. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
Makes 10-12 medium size biscuits.
