Loaded nachos that are guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser! Simply layer your toppings, bake them on a sheet pan and serve. Done. Easy peasy!


  • 1 medium bag of tortilla chips
  • 1/3 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/3 cup of diced red pepper
  • 1/3 cup of orange pepper
  • 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup of shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 jar of War Eagle Mill Black Bean and Corn Salsa

*For garnish add sliced avocado, sour cream, pickled jalapenos, and fresh chopped cilantro. 


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Spray 1/4 sheet pan with non-stick spray
  3. Arrange corn chips on the pan
  4. Evenly top the chips with red pepper, orange pepper, and red onion
  5. Mix the Monterey Jack, Mozarella, and Pepper Jack cheese in a bowl
  6. Sprinkle in cheese on top of the chips, peppers, and onions
  7. Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake until the cheese has melted
  8. Remove from the oven, top with War Eagle Mill Black Bean and Corn Salsa and additional garnish options
