Description
Loaded nachos that are guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser! Simply layer your toppings, bake them on a sheet pan and serve. Done. Easy peasy!
Ingredients
- 1 medium bag of tortilla chips
- 1/3 cup of diced red onion
- 1/3 cup of diced red pepper
- 1/3 cup of orange pepper
- 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup of shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 jar of War Eagle Mill Black Bean and Corn Salsa
*For garnish add sliced avocado, sour cream, pickled jalapenos, and fresh chopped cilantro.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Spray 1/4 sheet pan with non-stick spray
- Arrange corn chips on the pan
- Evenly top the chips with red pepper, orange pepper, and red onion
- Mix the Monterey Jack, Mozarella, and Pepper Jack cheese in a bowl
- Sprinkle in cheese on top of the chips, peppers, and onions
- Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake until the cheese has melted
- Remove from the oven, top with War Eagle Mill Black Bean and Corn Salsa and additional garnish options
