A delicious blend of fruit, yogurt, and wheat germ (for extra protein)!
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Cut the banana into medium-sized chunks and put them into a blender.
- Add raw wheat germ, yogurt, orange juice, and strawberries.
- Pour crushed ice on top and blend ingredients together until smooth.
