A delicious blend of fruit, yogurt, and wheat germ (for extra protein)!


  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup crushed ice


  1. Cut the banana into medium-sized chunks and put them into a blender.
  2. Add raw wheat germ, yogurt, orange juice, and strawberries.
  3. Pour crushed ice on top and blend ingredients together until smooth.
