Ingredients

  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm milk (low-fat is fine)
  • 1/2 cup Soy Flour
  • 2 1/2 cups WEM Whole White Wheat Flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Hands-on Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes including rising time
Yield: 12 Rolls

  1. Warm milk in the microwave or in a small pan on the stove.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk.
  3. Add flours, salt, Splenda, or sugar, and olive oil.
  4. Beat well by hand or with an electric mixer.
  5. Coat a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  6. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
  7. Cover and let rise 30-40 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  9. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
