Ingredients
Starter:
- 1 cup War Eagle Mill Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup War Eagle Mill Organic Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp of active dry yeast
- 2 cups of room temperature water
Instructions
- In a bowl or jar of your choice whisk the ingredients together
- You will cover loosely for 7 days
*Each day you MUST
- Remove 1/2 cup of starter
- Add about 1 cup of WEM Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- Add about 1/2 cup room temperature water
- Whisk ingredients together, cover again loosely
- This will be good to use in 7 days time
*You can refrigerate the leftover and repeat the process at room temperature overnight as required
