S’mores Popcorn Balls are great party or Valentine’s Day treat or dessert! This easy marshmallow popcorn ball recipe makes the best popcorn balls.


• 3 ounces of WEM Gourmet Popcorn (8 cups popped popcorn)

• ¼ cup butter

• 10 ounce bag of mini marshmallows

• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

• 2 cups of Golden Graham cereal

• 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips



1. Pop popcorn according to direction on package

2. In a large saucepan melt butter

3. Continue cooking until butter begins to turn golden brown

4. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until marshmallows have melted

5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla

6. Add popcorn and Golden Grahams then fold into marshmallow mixture

7. When mixture is cool enough to handle, lightly spray your hands with nonstick cooking spray

8. Scoop about 1 cup of popcorn mixture and smoosh it into a ball

9. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and then gently press them into the popcorn ball

10. Place on a sheet of waxed paper, parchment paper or silicone baking mat to cool
