Very easy and quick to make! Makes any filling a deli sandwich!

Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Yield: About 15 buns

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. In large mixing bowl, combine hot water, honey or sugar, oil, salt and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Add yeast and flours, mixing well by hand or with an electric mixer.
  4. Turn out on a floured surface and knead about 6 times.
  5. Roll out 3/4 inch thick.
  6. Brush with egg white.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Cut with 3 inch round cutter.
  9. Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
  10. Place buns 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
  11. Let rise until doubled. About 40 minutes.
  12. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  13. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden.
