Made like a cinnamon roll, tastes like a pumpkin pie biscuit!


  • 2 cups WEM Biscuit Mix
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted or vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup WEM Pumpkin Butter
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped


Hands-on Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 12 rolls

  1. In a medium bowl, combine biscuit mix and brown sugar.
  2. Mix in butter or oil and water until dough forms a ball. The dough will be soft.
  3. Turn out on a floured surface and roll or pat out into an 8 X 13-inch rectangle.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  5. Spread with pumpkin butter to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  6. Sprinkle with pecans.
  7. Roll lengthwise and press to seal the seam.
  8. Slice in 12-1 inch thick pieces being careful not to compress dough.
  9. Place 1/2 inch apart on a buttered baking sheet or pan.
  10. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
