A gooey, yet crunchy, popcorn mix that’s definitely a mouthful but oh, so delicious!
- In a small saucepan, combine the butter and syrup.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat.
- Stir in popcorn, cranberries, and pecans until covered with syrup. Mix in cinnamon.
- Pour popcorn into a greased 9X11 pan and bake at 325° for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Spread out on parchment paper and let cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
