Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups WEM Organic Unbleached Bread Flour
- 1 1/2 cups WEM Organic Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 tsp salt

Baking Time: 15-20 minutes
Total Time: Will vary with machines
Yield: 1 large pizza
In the order listed, add all ingredients to the baking pan. Select the “Manual” setting. Start machine. After the first rise, remove dough.
Or:
Add yeast to warm water in a large mixing bowl or a mixer. Add olive oil and salt. Mix in flours and beat well. Turn out on floured board and knead 2 minutes till smooth. Cover and let rise till doubled in bulk.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Dust a round or rectangular pizza pan or baking sheet with cornmeal.
- Punch down dough and roll out on a lightly floured surface to fit pan.
- Carefully place dough on a baking pan.
- Cover with sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- Bake on the bottom rack of the oven for 15-20 minutes.
