  • 4 slices leftover cornbread
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  1. In shallow deep-dish beat eggs.
  2. Stir in orange juice, milk cinnamon, and salt.
