Fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside and delicately flavored with bananas, these are phenomenal banana pancakes. Great for breakfast or anytime of day.



  1. Warm griddle to medium heat.
  2. Stir together mix, water and oil in bowl.
  3. Add in mashed banana.
  4. Add additional water a tablespoon at time if needed.
  5. Lightly oil griddle.
  6. Pour batter by ¼ cupfuls.
  7. Flip pancake when surface bubbles.
  8. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
