Delicious and fruity muffins.



Baking Time: 15-20 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line muffin tins with paper liners.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients until combined. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together oil, eggs, and milk.  Stir in kiwifruit by hand.
  5. Add dry ingredients to kiwifruit mixture, stirring by hand until just combined.
  6. Spoon into muffin tins, filling ¾ full.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until done.
