  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add Guinness and eggs.
  4. Stir until blended.
  5. Pour into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan.
  6. Bake for about 70 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
