This is a fast and easy way to serve a fruit dessert.


  • 6 cups peeled, sliced peaches or apples or whole blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed and drained)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon



Baking Time: 30-35 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes
Servings: 8 to 10

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat a 2-quart casserole dish or 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray


In a small bowl, stir together the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and flour. Set aside.
Peel and slice fruit into a large bowl. Gently toss fruit, sugar, and cinnamon together.
Spoon into prepared pan.
Sprinkle topping evenly over top.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.
