Add a touch of tangy flavor to your traditional oatmeal cookie with dried cranberries!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup WEM Organic Thick Rolled Oats
- 1 cup WEM Organic Whole White Wheat Flour
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp water
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
Baking Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 24 cookies
- Cream shortening and sugar.
- Beat in egg, water, and vanilla.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Add raisins and nuts.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated 375° oven for 10 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
