Add a touch of cinnamon to your traditional chocolate cupcake recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup WEM Organic Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup WEM Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Baking Time: 25 minutes
Yield: 1 dozen
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix together milk, oil, vanilla, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir into sugar mixture.
- Pour batter into a lined cupcake pan.
- Bake 25 minutes.
