Ingredients
- War Eagle Mill Protein Pancake Mix
- 3/4 cup of water
- Coconut Oil Spray
Instructions
- Heat griddle to 375 degrees F (medium heat).
- Lightly spray the griddle with coconut oil.
- Whisk 1 cup of pancake mix and 3/4 cup of water, no milk or eggs necessary. Batter will be thick. For thinner pancakes add a small amount of water at a time.
- Pour a 1/4 cup per pancake on the griddle. Cook pancakes for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Flip once and serve.
