Description
7 layer dip is one of the best party appetizers ever. Layers of fresh salsa, refried beans, cheddar cheese, and our favorite toppings create a colorful addition to any spread.
Ingredients
- 2-3 cans of bean dip
- 4-8 ounces of guacamole
- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 jar of War Eagle Mill Avocado Tomatillo Salsa
- 1 jar of War Eagle Mill Black Bean and Corn Salsa
- 1 small can of black olives
- 2 cups of Mexican blend cheese
- Fresh cut green onion and tomatoes
Instructions
- Layer ingredients one at a time into a clear glass dish, preferably a casserole dish
- Spread bean dip across the bottom of the dish
- Add a layer of guacamole over top of the bean dip
- Pour full jar of War Eagle Mill Black Bean and Corn Salsa over the layer of guacamole
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of sour cream, mayo, and taco seasoning
- Add the mixture over top of the layer of salsa
- Pour half a jar of War Eagle Mill Avocado Tomatillo Salsa over top of the previous layer
- Sprinkle Mexican cheese blend over top of the salsa
- Top with black olives, fresh cut green onions, and fresh diced tomatoes
- Refrigerate until ready to eat
- Serve with tortilla chips
