“WEM – you never let me down and this was no exception! Who knew I could bake bread! It has been over 40 years since I have been around anyone that baked bread. My paternal grandmother was an amazing bread baker, my mom never like to bake bread so she didn’t do it much. Grandma is long gone and mom just does store-bought! As I move to more wholesome and fresh food I figured I would give it a try.
