Just add water: Bring 6 cups of water and soup mix to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. stir occasionally. Made with real diced potatoes for a hearty meal. Options: for a different taste, one of the following may be added: clams, asparagus, broccoli, corn, cooked sausage or hamburger meat.
