I learned everything I know (okay, not everything) from watching Remmi’s videos and spending time with this bright 14 year old. She loves food as much as I do and that should tell you something!

Remmi loves teaching kids how to create healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and parties (yippee!). She even gets through to grownups like me.

Remmi was named “Student Ambassador to Health and Nutrition” for Sodexo’s school nutrition program in North America. This means this chef extraordinaire gets to work with executive chefs in 500 school districts, representing 3 million students across the country. This is no small potato!
