I learned everything I know (okay, not everything) from watching Remmi’s videos and spending time with this bright 14 year old. She loves food as much as I do and that should tell you something!
Remmi loves teaching kids how to create healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and parties (yippee!). She even gets through to grownups like me.
I’m So Proud Of Her…
Remmi was named “Student Ambassador to Health and Nutrition” for Sodexo’s school nutrition program in North America. This means this chef extraordinaire gets to work with executive chefs in 500 school districts, representing 3 million students across the country. This is no small potato!
A TV star with a Spatula…
Check out “Cook Time With Remmi” and see what she’s dishing out: Pineapple Salsa. Yum! This dynamo in action is ready to rock your kitchen.
Can’t get enough of Remmi? Here’s a dish that combines tasty greens, oranges and a kick of ginger! Give her Orange Salad with Ginger Dressing a try!
Love sweet corn? Try Remmi’s Sweet Summer Corn Succotosh: A yummy combination of sweet corn, red bell peppers, peas and lima beans.
Sit back with a bowl of popcorn and read a little…
Remmi wrote her own cookbook called “Global Cooking for Kids.” She selects one country from each continent and creates a complete meal. It’s full of fun food facts, brain teasers, and great tasting recipes! Get her cookbook here.
