Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large mixing bowl cream peanut butter and butter by hand or with electric mixer.
  3. Add sugars mixing until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Press down with the tines of a fork.
  7. Bake 10-15 minutes.
  8. Cool on rack and store in airtight container.
