Oaty Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies

Three ingredients make this recipe super simple and quick!  Warm and chewy right from the oven, reminiscent of banana muffins.

 

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas (the riper the better)

1 cup War Eagle Mill Thick Rolled Oats

1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips (regular or mini)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Mash ripe bananas til smooth and creamy.  Add oats and chocolate chips.  Mix well.

Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking sheet.

Bake 15-20 minutes, until light golden brown.

Recipe Tips and Tricks

Best right from the oven!

Add finely chopped walnuts,  or grated coconut for extra protein and  raisins or dried cranberries for extra sweetness and nutrition.
