Three ingredients make this recipe super simple and quick! Warm and chewy right from the oven, reminiscent of banana muffins.
2 ripe bananas (the riper the better)
1 cup War Eagle Mill Thick Rolled Oats
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips (regular or mini)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mash ripe bananas til smooth and creamy. Add oats and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes, until light golden brown.
