A very good, nutritious loaf of bread!
- 1/2 cup WEM Oat Bran
- 2 cups WEM Unbleached Bread Flour
- 1/2 cup WEM Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 teaspoon salt or salt substitute
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- Place all ingredients in order listed in baking pan.
- Bake on medium temperature.
- Start machine.
