Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups WEM Unbleached Bread Flour
  • 1/2 cup WEM Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup WEM Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1-1/4 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. In order listed, add all ingredients to bread machine.
  2. Bake on medium.
  3. Start machine.
