Fresh Fruit Crisp

This is a fast and easy way to serve a fruit dessert.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups peeled, sliced peaches or apples or whole blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed and drained)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

TOPPING

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat a 2 quart casserole dish or 9 inch square baking pan with cooking spray

TOPPING:

In a small bowl, stir together the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter and flour. Set aside.
Peel and slice fruit into a large bowl. Gently toss fruit, sugar and cinnamon together.
Spoon into prepared pan.
Sprinkle topping evenly over top.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.

Recipe Tips and Tricks

Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream, yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
