Dill Sour Cream Bread

Wonderful herbal aroma and taste.  Easy to make in  your bread machine.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups WEM Unbleached Bread Flour
  • 1 1/4 cups WEM Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup regular or low fat sour cream
  • 2/3 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Chop onion.
  2. Beat egg slightly.
  3. In order listed, add all ingredients to baking pan.
  4. Bake on medium temperature.
  5. Start machine.
