 In
medium size bowl, stir oil, honey, and
water into War Eagle Pancake Mix just
until moistened. Fold in bananas and
blueberries. Preheat a griddle over
medium-high heat, coat with nonstick
vegetable spray. Drop by ¼ cupfuls onto
griddle, flip when cakes are bubbly and
dry around edges. Serve hot with butter
and

Wildflower Honey
or
War Eagle Butter
Pecan Syrup.
