As we reach the busiest time of the Holiday Season we would like to pause a moment to say, “Thank you!” to all our fine patrons for the wonderful year you have given us. We know that without you the preservation of the historic War Eagle Mill and the role such mills played in small communities throughout this country would be lost to time. Thank you and have a wonderful Holiday Season!

2008 will find us doing what we do best, telling the story of the mill and providing the best tasting organic slow stone milled whole grain products in the country. We have expanded our winter hours to have all floors, including the Bean Palace Restaurant, open Thursdays through Sundays during January and February. We are also starting a new quarterly newsletter in 2008. More tips, recipes and other helpful information including links to websites that believe in whole grain cooking and nutrition will come to your email address. Come see us again when you can. Many of you may be able to find a select group of our products on your local supermarket shelves in 2008. We have taken the same fine products you find at our mill and repackaged them under our black label retail line for distribution in a neighborhood near you.
