Regular whole wheat flour is ground from red wheat, which gives it a brown color and wheaty flavor. This beautiful Whole White Wheat flour looks more like "white flour," but it contains all the benefits of the the germ and bran, providing a great source of fiber. With a light color and a mild, light flavor it is perfect for baking biscuits, quick breads, and light colored yeast breads.
