    • December 24th – Mill Closes @ 2:00pm for Christmas Eve
    • December 25th – Closed for Christmas Day
    • December 31st – Mill Closes @ 4:00pm for New Year’s Eve
    • December 31st, 2011 – Hopp’n John New Year’s Celebration

    • January 1, 2012 – Hopp’n John New Year’s Celebration
    • January 1-31st - Winter Schedule: Open Friday to Sunday Only. 8:30am - 5:00pm.

    • Feb 1-28th - Winter Schedule: Open Friday to Sunday Only. 8:30am - 5:00pm.

    • March 1st - Now open 7-days a week for the rest of the year! 8:30am - 5:00pm.
    • March 17th & 18th - St. Patrick's Day Celebration. Live Irish music and Irish-inspired food in the restaurant.

    • April 8th - 35th Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Starts at 2:00pm sharp!
