War Eagle Mill Charitable Donation Guidlines

It is our goal to be a valuable partner in our community. Each year, we receive many donations requests and appreciate your patience as you wait for our response to your request. We cannot consider phone calls for donation requests. We wish we could support all organizations, but unfortunately we cannot grant every request we receive. We have developed the following guidelines to aid in our evaluation of requests and to focus our efforts:

Arkansas organizations and causes

We support those programs related to health and wellness, food, or cooking/baking located in Arkansas. We will also consider support for organizations in surrounding area that includes Tulsa, OK; Joplin and Springfield, MO.

Food and nutrition

We support education about healthful eating. We are particularly interested in those programs that teach children how to make good food choices and cook.

Sustainability

We support programs that promote the conservation of resources through environmental stewardship, renewable energy, and responsible agricultural production.

Organizations

We only provide donations only to nonprofit organizations with IRS tax-exempt 501(c)3 status. Only written requests will be considered. Please allow at least 4 weeks to review and complete your request.

We do not consider requests for political or for-profit organizations, individuals, or third parties. We will consider donations to religious organizations for programs with the goal to help the broader community such as a homeless shelter.

We made a pledge a long time ago to only use quality ingredients in our flours and mixes. That promise starts with the nutrient-rich land and toxic-free soil that nurtures the grain we buy. Our growers are certified organic farmers who meet and often exceed the standards we set for War Eagle Mill partners.
