As the aroma of fresh War Eagle Cornbread in the little home
oven mixed with the sounds of Zoe's manual typewriter and hum of
stone grinders spinning out more flour, what seemed more natural
than to put on a pot of beans?
The few visitors that came to visit the Mill wanted a taste of
these luscious wholegrain breads to sample the grains, and the
dusty dirt road made them thirsty. On slow days between bakings,
Zoe and Leta fished on the bridge and when visitors drove up,
they set down their fishing poles and toured the visitors
through the Mill.

Turkey Sandwich on whole wheat bread with house dressing, tomato
and alfalfa sprouts.

Mini-Miller's Sandwich Plate - For our little 10 years old &
under visitors -- peanut butter and apple butter...or...Cheese
sandwich with Cheegles chips and fresh fruit.
Specialty Desserts - Hot Pecan Cobbler (oat flour in the
